Raiden is a 5'11 ft Caucasian male with white hair who wears a full bodysuit of Mandalorian armor. His is equipped with a visor provided by the Mandalores. His body jaw is also covered in a metal jaw strap due to some injuries in his past. The simplest part of his armor is a grew flexible suit with a pattern resembling that of bare human muscle. Layered on top of that, various muscles have gray armor plating including his hands and fingers. On his fingertips, there are triangular metal pieces that resemble claws. The armor on protesting his feet mimic high heels. His foot comes down at an angle while a straight piece of metal at his heel provides support.
Personality
Due to his participation in the Third Great Ninja War, Raiden was the only one in his genin class to possess actual combat experience. Also, because of his past as a child soldier, as well as his possessing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as a result, he also occasionally pushed away even people he cared about due to his being "afraid of the night." Because of this, he was outwardly cold and distant even to people whom he personally knew. Although he is still coping with past, in current times he now stands for justice and fights for those who cannot fight for themselves.

Background Info
During the Third Great Ninja War, Jack was a poor homeless little boy in Konoha. He spent his days and nights scavenging trash for food, stealing, and fending for himself with an old sword he found. His skill with the sword was great. As the Third Great Ninja War ravaged on, Konoha's ninja numbers dwindled. This included the Anbu Root. Soon enough Jack's raw natural skill attracted the eye of the village. He was recruited or better yet forced into a secret experimental child soldier program. While in the program, he had violent images of war and other man-made atrocities implanted into his mind via genjutsu for 10 hours a day. He would then spend another 10 hours going through extreme and harsh training and spent the remaining 4 hours sleeping and eating.
The final test of the experiment was to put the subjects into actual war. Jack's fellow subjects all died. Overall the experiment was deemed a failure except for the outlier Jack. He excelled where his peers couldnt. He mercilessly slashed and killed anyone who opposed Konoha. Taking the life of another human being was as easy as swatting a fly for Jack. As legends like Kakashi was born, Jack the Ripper was born in this war. His name somehow made its way across the land even though he killed everyone in his path. Jack's face wasn't attached to his title though. He was an orphan that nobody knew. It was as if he never existed.
After the war, Jack was decommissioned as an Anbu. The higher ups thought it would be a great idea for him to go through the ninja system like a normal kid. He was to start as a genin and make his way up to Jonin. Jack didn't fit in though. His peers still had their innocence while he lusted for bloodshed and suffered from PTSD. Using the money he got from fighting in the war, Jack got counseling. He also learned how to make friend and become "normal". His lust for blood proved to much for the counselor though. Jack couldn't be rid of it. Instead his lust for blood was repressed unhealthily. It continued to grow and became the persona of Jack the Ripper. Jack can usually handle his inner demon fine, but when his or someone he cares about's life is in danger he sometimes loses control and reverts back to his old ways.
Jack quickly made his way to Jonin and his life was pretty normal. He had friends and comrades, but still yearned for a family. One day, he was assigned to a top priority S ranked mission. He completed it, but put within an inch of his life. He later awoke in the care of the of the advanced clan. the Mandalore. They nursed Jack back to health. While rehabilitating, Jack would sometime stop to watch the ninja train. Five months later, Jack was in tip top shape. He and the Mandalore created a family like bond. The clan offered him an official invitation into the clan, Jack accepted and made his way back to the village to inform them he was alive. Nowadays Jack, spends his time between his village duties, his friends, and training with his Mandalore family.
Other
The Will of FireDuring his career as a Leaf Jonin, Jack has embodied the Will of the Fire. The Will of the Fire is the belief that only through love, understanding and decisive action can true peace be acquired, though never by attacking others and rather by protecting something the individual holds dear. The villagers and those who cannot fight for themselves are what Raiden hold dear.
Mandalore Armor
To go along with what was stated earlier, Jack has a jet-pack on his back. The jetpack are two discreet thrusters on his back. He was given a katana by the Mandalore that he personally dubbed The High Frequency Sword. Jack keeps it stored in unique holster that he designed himself with the help of Mandalore engineers. On his head, he has a visor that provides all sorts of sensory data and acts as a telecom.
