Why do people they she is weak? If any other SH was in the ring besides Zorro, or Sanji, they would have lost to Habuka. Ussop is pretty much trash and he is on the team, yea yea he is a sniper, but when the going gets tough he starts running, and i know luffy has faiith that he will do the right thing but they doesnt change the fact that he is weaker then Rebecca imo at least she is prficient at using Kenbunshoku Haki (at least as good as ussop if not better), so if Ussop has the fighting capability to be a SH i dont think Rebecca should be excluded for that reason. I think that rebecca will want to get stronger, and will want to leave the island and come back to make sure that noone can do what doffy did to dressrosa.

Rebecca's fighting style is only effective if she is in the Corrida Coliseum. If she is anywhere else, she can't fight.

He kind of already confirmed that he will join lol. He told luffy to ask him later if the offer will be still open. And luffy said sure. He will join just at a later date, unless he dies :/
