He's definitely a planet buster considering you only need a 15,000 Power level to bust a planet however Krillin power level is only 60,000 by the Buu Saga so Freiza's first form shit stomps him

after hearing the responses i think that he is a planet buster...
Reasons: By Buu saga i think we all can agree he is several times stronger than DB Max Power Roshi and He was able to destroy a moon.
Krillin also specializes in ki attacks not taijutsu but he was able to fight on par with androids who stronger than Frieza Krillin destructo disk also sliced off Frieza tail in his final form so i think he surpasses Frieza in skill not power level...

Frieza is actually stronger since he is the only character that has tanked a planet explosion and survived in space so he can just blast the planet.

OP: Nah Krillin is not for two reasons 1. He doesn't have the courage/mindset 2. He is a protagonist he doesn't destroy planets
