Say what you want, but for a girl with no KKG, Bijuu, special clan traits/genetic heritage and no free power-ups, she became kinda strong.

Great medic, neat in CQC, natural talent for Genjutsu, enormous strength, good summon, remarkable evasion skills and pretty good overall stats.

People hate her for being inferior to Sasuke/Naruto, but the same people completely forget that Sakura never had Sharingan, Kyuubi or enormous Uzumaki chakra reserves. She achieved everything on her own.

Pretty much:

- Become the best medic in the entire manga in current generation.
- Figured out the entirety of Kamui Intangibility that allowed Kakashi to even devise a plan to work around Obito's defenses.
- Prepared an antidote for which Sasori himself requires a recipe. That's not me stating, but Sasori himself. Thus, saving Kankaro and strengthening the political ties between the two villages. She also battled with Chiyo to take Sasori down that praised her medic skills not once, not twice, but thrice in the same fight.
- Saw through Zetsu's guise which no one else in the entire platoon did. Saving countless Medics, and by extension thousands in the war.
- Healed thousands with Tsunade via her perfect chakra control by summoning 10% Katsuya.
- Learned all techniques without any prior clan affiliations or special allotment of powers.

I dislike her character, but I will give the credit where it is due.

Just to clear things up - I'm far from being a giant Sakura fan. But it's really pathetic when people hate on her just because she's not on the level of characters who became like gods of NV.

Compared to characters with similar 'background' (base level - no power-ups, KKG or stuff), she became quite a shinobi.

Yeah, Kakashi commented in one chapter about Sakura being a Genjutsu type.

She and 99% of NV became useless when it started to be all about mountain+ sized explosions, TBBs and other shit that could wipe out the whole nations.

Nope, she's shown pretty pathetic evasive skills.

Sakura has failed to evade the following
1. Couldn’t dodge Omoi’s fodder kick
2. Couldn’t dodge A single wooden spike and needed saving from Kakashi
3. Couldn’t dodge Sasuke’s chidori and needed saving from Kakashi
4. Couldn’t dodge Kabuto’s butt, which knocked her out cold
5. Couldn’t dodge a flying rock

Her only good evasive feats are against Sasori’s puppets, and even then, that is undermined by the fact that Sakura essentially had prep time to analyze Sasori’s attack pattern while chiyo controlled her and kept her safe from harm. Otherwise, she would have died instantly.

In other words, if Sakura has no prep time to analyze the opponents attack pattern, then she won’t be able to avoid them easily.
In fact, Sakura was only able to avoid certain death 13 times due to chiyo saving her ass with her puppetry skills from sasori’s attacks and her having prep time to make 3 antidotes, of which 2 were used on her.

People compare her to those two because she is A. A main character just as Naruto and Sasuke are, and B. She made it her OWN GOAL to catch up to them and be on par with them. The fact that she failed to reach this impossible goal she set for herself is what makes people hate her, not the fact that she's weak, but the fact that she gave herself an impossible standard and never lived up to it despite all the big talk.​
