Sakura's love for Sasuke

I'm probably going to hated on so much for this but I don't give a Damn.
As I know and some of you know here on the base Sakura isn't the best developed female in the series when it comes to role and love but she get's bashed on constantly because she took back the guy that constantly rejected her and tried killing her but that's not the case with Sasuke he actually even stated Team 7 reminds him of his family

That's why Kakashi states that Sakura love for him is more than just his looks

And for people jumping to conclusion about Sasuke trying to kill Sakura Sakura was actually preparing to kill Sasuke herself and was one of the only people close to doing it but she couldn't cast away her feelings for him.

Even in the Genjutsu Why didn't Sasuke just kill Sakura off the bat because he has feelings for her he dosen't want to see someone that's dear to him die That's why he silenced her

Every time Sasuke leaves he always knows to say to Sakura Thank you because of the amount of times she's cared for him and nurtured his feelings.When he put Sakura in the Genjutsu Kakshi told him how Sakura loves him and the image that comes up straight away is Sasuke's FAMILY.Yet people are assuming she still likes him for his looks.

And in the last fight he apologised for all he has done to her she accepted it not because she was obsessed with him but because she can't go hard on him when he's feeling have been manipulated for most of his life she was living it good while he was living it rough.

Ofcourse it started by loving him For his looks but who doesn't when she got to know him she loved him even more so I think we can say she loved him with whole her heart because he is Sasuke not just looks. I think Kishi could have better portray team 7 with just sakura standing there that way he couof have developed SS better. But I just totally agree with you nice thread.

You didn't show us why sakura "loves" him, what qualities it is that she found in him that causes her to throw away everything for him.

Did she love him cause he is so obsessed with murdering his brother?
Did she love him because he found her annoying her and insulted her face to face?

Truth is she "loves" him only because of "he is so cool" and "he looks so hot" as she put it in part one, her "love" began on that and ended on that, never again we see any change in that or sakura introspecting on that because there is nothing else to it.
Kishi tried to cover it up by saying sakura needs no reason to love and yet we can pinpoint the reasons for other characters loving others, Hinata, Kushina etc.

And the idea of a 12 year old falling in "true love" is absurd in the first place unless you can show it properly. The author can come out and say in interviews, "hey I wrote a great love story", sorry but thats not going to cut it, we want to read the manga not your interviews, doesn't how many times Stephnie meyer says her love story is good it wont change a thing about twilight.

You don't need a reason to love thats why .She started loving him naturally through time .

Kishimoto isn't "covering it up" thats his belief . If he wanted to cover it up he would easily make a cliché flashback for why she started loving him like he did with some others.

If you only liked someone because of a reason then you will stop liking him if that reason is gone/changed .

If that reason existed in someone else then you will like that other person too .
Thats why love is different imo. You may start to like someone because of couple of reasons thats totally normal ,but when it turns to love you will stick to the one you love even if all those reasons were gone even if it hurts even if you don’t know why you still love him/her.You can’t stop loving that person .

Sasuke is the best looking character in the whole series.Its a manga fact that he attracted Temari TenTen Ino and many other canon pairings girls and even a freaking Kage to him.No one in Konoha even stands a chance when it comes to looks therefore even if he loses one arm he still looks the best.Not even Naruto with his receding hair line

But she easily can stop loving him the moment he become a criminal went a insane and tried to kill her.

Sakura's crush become a true love when she was placed together with Sasuke in Team 7 and made a lot missions together with him to know Sasuke better.





She came to see he wasn't just "hot and cool." He was a very hurt person with flaws like everyone else, and she came to care for him as a person


Their early interactions as part of team 7, he protected her a number of times and she saw him fall into darkness with her own eyes, she made it her duty to save him from the darkness even if it hurt her, at one point she was willing to kill him because she could not bear it.

To be perfectly honest Sakura has done nothing for Sasuke which Naruto hasnt and he even understands him more.Its pretty unfortunate that it happened but i get the logic SS comes from but when 95% of the manga has no positive development apart from two-three scenes it makes it hard to believe

However I still prefer this pairing to NH for own reasons
