The moon is bigger than the sun, and is brighter during the night.

Therefore Moon > Sun

Moon Seal > Sun Seal

So sasuke's seal was stronger than Naruto's makes sense.

Really....... Where have you been living under a rock, where on gods green earth you could the moon is bigger than the sun and brighter. Lesson one the sun is the center of out universe produce it's own light and warmth the moon is just a rock out in space not even close to the size of the sun. Lesson two you must have learn this in school the moon dose not produce it's own light it is illuminated by the sun. And I could go on and on about how wrong you are so grab a book please.

If there is a galaxy where the moon is bigger than the sun, it sure as hell isn't the one we live in. And which object is brighter during the day? Not the moon good sir.

First off, the Yin/Yang seals represent a full moon and a crescent moon.

The moon is bigger than the sun, Lel

The seals are equal, but Naruto has shown better feats with it. The Yang Seal allowed Naruto to restore Gai after using the Eighth Gate, created an eye for Kakashi, and temporarily restored Obito from near death. The Yin Seal allowed Sasuke to touch Madara's Outer Path staves and apply Senjutsu to Chidori.
