Thats because Bolt is different from Salad, he's more of an attention-seeker, its not that he hates his dad, its just that he wants his dad to spend more time with him, the reason he insults the hokage name is because he doesn't like the fact that because his dad is hokage it means he doesn't have time to spend with bolt. Salad is also the same, thats why she compares herself to bolt with the fathers being busy thing, but she's more calm than bolt, its basically a parallel to Naruto and Sasuke.
