Anyway, if we were to rank who and how delicate chakra control is, i think Sakura and the likes of a medic will be the top tier.

Why didn't Sakura release chakra from all over her body when Sasuke was choking her, like Neji did against that Zetsu? Neji and his uncle where able to hold back the Juubi with their charka control techs, which is more impressive then smashing the ground. The Hyuugas are specialized in combat not medical ninjutsu, if they apply their skills to that they should about to do what Sakura and Tsunade could do.

Their chakra control are so great that they can even expel chakra from all 361 tenketsu covering the space within the field of vision surrounding the user which the purpose is to detect or allowing them to fully utilize chakra with attacks such as the Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven and the Gentle Fist Art One Blow Body techniques
By now, it should be making sense that the Hyuga's are the chakra masters, absorbing, destroying, expelling and analysing chakra all due to the Byakugan.. Pretty overpowered, especially knowing the fact that Hiashi's is even bigger and stronger than that.

Nobody is at a 10, because we know there are better users like Kaguya, who's exact level is unknown, but evidently better.
Those at a 9 show tremendous feats that average 'geniuses' can't do.
Those at 8 are admirable, and can be classed as 'geniuses' at chakra control.
Those at 7 are still great at chakra control, and can use pretty much all ninjutsu without trouble.
Now for the argument: If they're that good, why don't they use X jutsu?
* Because they haven't been taught that.
* A jutsu is either taught or discovered/developed.
* Mito Uzumaki showed Tsunade how, and she developed Byakugou
* Tsunade has, to date, only taught it to Sakura.
* Same for Medical Ninjutsu: Ino and Sakura are supposedly the only ones from the Rookie 9 who opted to learn it.
Being UNIQUE has nothing to do with being STRONG.
It means having a personality and feats beyond being a successful Zetsu Clone.
Hinata does (she's unique in her understanding of Naruto, AND she has a really unique jutsu as far as on-screen users go).
Sakura pretty much doesn't (even her fangirling over Sasuke isn't unique, let alone her having any jutsus that are NOT slight variations of Tsunade's).

Why do you think so many people are medical ninjas versus the very few people who have rare ninjutsu's and Kekkei Genkai's? Naruto's large amount of chakra and the amount that he has to control at once is the reason why his feats are better than Sakura in proper chakra control.

and the mark on her head is still there therefore the seal was still there,it didn't run out chakra
