Plus I would only call him OP in the manga when Madara and Kaguya were gone, since those too were the most OP characters in the entire series. After that, that's where him and Sasuke became top dogs in NV.

Saw their wiki bio's, Bambina's was the only impressive one, but even so he still gets one shotted.

I will say both of them have godlike physical strength and power that Tatsuya can't compare with, but Tatsuya win's because he is simply too Haxxed and those two characters don't have anything to defend or counter against his decoposition magic. He also has a decomposition spell that converts mass into energy that creates a blast that evaporates anything in its radius, for example he used Material Burst on a flag that weight 1kg and created a explosion equivalent to 20,000,000 tons of TNT and there is limit to this spell, he theoretically can destroy a planet.

I don't think you really know overpowered Bambina is. You need to do training on a cellular level (controlling the will of 60 trillion cells) just to be able to play around with Bambina, let alone fight him. Godlike physical strength? Bambina tosses mountains around the world to pass time. When he tosses the mountains, they move at mach 1 speeds without declining in speed and travel around the world (220,000 km in circumference). That decomposition spell sounds a lot like Midora's hungry space.

Decomposition destroys all matter though, it doesn't matter how OP Bambina is, he can't stop it and it can't be dodged(its Haxxed) and Material Burst would just be overkill.
