In CQC Madara was shown to have dominated Tobirama, but giving him Minato as back up means that Madara doesn't stand a chance in CQC, so he'll have to resort to his other Jutsu. Though that's pretty much the only advantage the Hiraishin Duo has here.
-Madara's first course of action should be to subdue Tobirama's Edo Tensei, or at least find a way to guard against it. Senjutsu Enhanced Complete Susanoo should let him take Gojo Kibkufuda, and Mokuton Jutsu such as Flower Tree World should let him bind and crush the Zombie...since Edo Regen is restricted (Not completely sure if that goes for Tobirama's Fodder Edo) it won't regenerate, so either it has one use of Gojo or it dies beforehand...if the fodder Edo can regen then, all Madara has to do is evade/block Gojo with Susanoo.
-Flower Tree World is going to tough to deal with if Tobirama doesn't have Edo Tensei to blow up the forest. They'll have to actually escape it, and since I doubt they'll have tags outside

area before the jutsu is used, they can't teleport out. That means they'll have to escape on foot, and since they aren't so much faster than Sage Madara that they can easily outrun him, he'd be able to corner them in the forest using multiple Moku Bunshin, and widespread Juubi Sized Katon, which also consume the oxygen in the forest, thus making them take in the pollen easier. There's also the fact he can use Susanoo with his clones, maybe 4, not 25 like he did as an Edo.
