So naruto got his audience with hagoromo because obito took chakra from madara(indra) and combined it with naruto's ashura chakra and thats how the sage apeared and sasuke got his audience with the sage using the chakra hashirama gave him directly to bind madara/the one kabuto gave him. Also story wise hagoromo should of just appeared to madara since he wasn't evil and say something along the lines of dude you're misguided they're tricking you but real world wise kishi hadn't even invented hagoromo when he invented madara. And we never got to see the jutsu hashirama gave sasuke cause madara stoped him in his tracks and it probably only would of worked on pre jubi-jin madara cause the jutsu only worked on hashirama's senjutsu and jubi jin madara used rikudo senjutsu

It had nothing to do with the multiple chakras they received. It was simply because they were powerful transmigrants and he needed to talk to them.

I based this off how the sage appeared in front of hashirama cause his chakra melded with madara's lower half if you see where im coming from

I gotchu. I think that was only for him to be able to appear in the real world.

However, that's inconsistent as Juubi Jin Madara combined those same chakras long before he appeared.
