Uryu has the same power as yhwach and is said to have the ability to surpass him, Jugram is the grandmaster enough said, Lille Barro with volstandig stomped oetsu and the other original elite sternritter members with volstandig should be around that level too but ehh it's just my opinion.

The fact is they are about to have their ass handed to them by Ichigo and co but that's just my opinion

The problem is who is older Ichibei or Yamamoto? Yami looks older but why doesnte Ichibei? So far from what we know is that Yami has the oldest flame type sword and he has stated that he was the captain commander because no shinigami has been stronger than him. Yet with Ichibei he has been around since the names of Soul Society were around which he proved when he released his "Bankai". But that is where i get confused. If Yami has the first flame Zanpaktuo then he could be from the same timeline as Ichibei either born after Ichibei realizes his abilities or during the same time frame. It could also be that Ichibei is Yami's sensei. Now back to the topic.....Yami and Ichibei will be the toughest to combine. Yami and destoy and incenerate anything out of existence but Ichibei has the power of black....Well fire burns to ash so with that he could win........

Well the top 5 is pretty obvious, it's just going to vary in order for everyone:

1) Juha Bach
2) Aizen
3) Ichibei
4) Ichigo
5) Yamamoto

Then it's pretty hard because we don't really know everyone's power yet, namely Ishida, Jugram, and what the Elites can do. So I'll do a list without them as well as with them.

With them (included in groups b/c we don't really know their power differences:

6) Ishida
7) Jugram
8) Zaraki
9-13) Sternritter Elite + Gremmy
14-17) remaining Royal Guards

Without them:

6) Zaraki
7) Gremmy
8-11) remaining Royal Guards

Not really a top 10, but whatever. I put Aizen above some of the others just because the hogyoku is OP and Dangai Ichigo didn't really kill him. He can't actually be killed apparently so it's hard to put others who have 'died' ahead of him. Juha is just #1 because of literally exploding Ichibei, or whatever the hell that was.
