Renji and Ichigo are not really competitive with each other and Uryu is more the guy who winds Ichigo up, they don't try to out do each other in power or aggression, Grimmjow is really the only one Ichigo has wanted to beat, the only one where it has been a test of powers, besides Grimmjow had similar feelings for Ichigo that Vegeta has for Goku, to be honest though, I don't think Ichigo has an arch rival and I wouldn't call Grimmjow an enemy, Ichigo isn't the rival type
