Stamina, He learned Rasegan through extensive training, a byproduct of his stamina.

Kuruma cloak granted Naruto Water walking, because its a cloak
Despite only taking three days to learn for Nugget, Rasengan is still the epitome of chakra control. By your logic, Suckura perfected her medical ninjutsu (which requires amazing chakra control) through stamina as well, as she trained extensively with Tsunade in the field.

Part 1 Naruto had better chakra control than Sasuke... Ever heard of Rasengan?
Nope, Sasuke learned his signature technique first (chidori) way before Naruto learned Rasengan not only that he also managed to gain the same speed as Lee in less then a month, Sasuke had better chakra control then Naruto, that's why Naruto had greater difficulty in walking in water, but Naruto has much greater supply in chakra since Naruto has two chakra containers his and the kyuubi's

Even after the time skip Sasuke had enough control over his chakra he was able to modify chidori and create various of different techniques when the most Naruto could handle was increase the size of his rasengan U_U

so chakra control had nothing to do with mastering rasengan?
He learned it by practicing, he had to keep at it, it was said by Kakshi that if you do something long enough, it becomes seconded Natured. and besides, Naruto's rasengan's were half asses at first.

Sakura's extensive training wasn't in medical ninjutsu, it was in taijutsu. Ninjutsu is easy for Sakura to learn. She didn't need the stamina because she has perfect chakra control and she learn things instantly. Byakugou is the pinnacle of chakra control, Rasengan isn't shit. That's fanfiction.

chidori is just lightning chakra in your hand
rasengan is highly concentrated chakra in your palm

even sasuke was butthurt that rasengan outclassed his chidori
It never outclasses Chidori, it just had a greating impact. Chidori is like Chakra scapel enhanced with lighting, its mean to strike and cut, Rasengan is like Choji's human ball jutsu, it mean to smash.

Chidori >>>>>>>>>
Add Nature + Shape.
No no no. Chidori is just the usage of one's Raiton chakra to create unstabilized 'static' in the palm of one's hand. It doesn't require nearly as much chakra control as Rasengan. If Sasuke had of used Raikiri in part 1, then you might have had an argument (as Raikiri requires advanced chakra control to increase the density and concentration, and as a result the piercing and cutting power of, Chidori).

That was early part 1 Naruto. Overall, part 1 Naruto had better chakra control than part 1 Sasuke (in the end).
