SAsuke could've copied Sakura's tree climbing skills, though he probably cant caopy Sakura's skills. But he was always better at it that Naruto. And Naruto has stamina not contorl

That's a basic technique you just need chakra control, if you can climb a tree, you can pretty much handle walking on water, Naruto couldn't because his seal was locked or something so he had difficulty controlling his chakra
