So, Kanae is the blonde fellow who once fought Shuu in part 1 right? now he's working with him. Also not understanding the change in hair colors with some characters ._. .

No you confuse Kanae with Naki. Naki was the blonde one, Kanae is new, he has only appeared in chapter 1 of :re.

The thing with the hair colors is strange indeed. Both Suzuya and Uta have gone from lighter hair to darker after they "matured" a bit. Don't know if Uta counts though since he was blonde not white-haired.
Kaneki and Arima have gone the opposite way, from black to white. Kaneki turned colors and his behaviour became violent too, but maybe that holds for Arima too?
Maybe it has to do with emotions. Uta and Suzuya matured so they became more emotional compared to their former behavior whereas both Arima and Kaneki became comparatively emotionless (especially Arima).

Ah, I got them confuse Yeah.

About the head colors when it comes to Kaneki, I kinda thought since he's not a full out Ghoul he's hair was turning black again. As for the rest, I agree on Uta.......With Suzuya it might be that he matured and just dyed it's hair black again, I just got confuse with him because of the One shot Lol.
