JJ Madara's weakest form survived, Naruto's Lava FRS, Night Moth, and multiple Evening Elephant attacks.

Black Zetsu was just a plot device to get rid of Madara. He has no feats or strength. Eveyone who can think logically should now that this Zetsu-move made absolutely no sense.
One eye Maddy survived any attack, like Gais 8 gates, Narutos lava shuriken, beeing cut in half by Sasuke etc. He had Limbo which have the same abilities as the original (especially shared vision, so Madara should've seen Zetsu coming) and possessed six paths senjutsu, whereby he should've been able to sense Kurozetsus move.
Of course, a two eyed JJ Maddy would stomp that ugly unicorn-pokemon.

That was because of his DNA. The Byakugan was enhanced through it. Byakugan is weaker and can only evolve through Otsutski DNA, which is very rare. The Sharingan, however, can be evolved through emotional pain, which is easy. Plus, if Naruto can solo Toneri with barely any Bijuu power then Sasuke would annihilate him with just EMS.

Toneri nor any Hyuuga will never be on par with the Uchiha clan. They'll get raped.
