*Yawning and scratching my back as I came into the forest clearing, I can see a young man from before. He was the guy I was intending on blowing the none sense out of but decided not to kill the young fellow. One my back , I carry a bunch of swords that I normally give my students as gifts when they start sword training but this one seems to be well prepared already. Taking a sword from the bag, I throw the bag down and fall to the ground, with my sword in my lap as I begun to meditate.
“Greetings Kushimaru, you have summoned me here to teach you how to use a sword better right? Well in my training I hope your ready to work hard cause I don’t joke when it comes to the way of the sword. Now then, before we begin, tell what it means. What is a sword to you? What is kenjutsu about?”

Kenjutsu is the art of wielding a blade to combat others in self defense or for pure destruction. It's usually a mix of the body arts that are learned in taijutsu as well as weapon usage. One could even fuel their techniques with chakra for more out of the ordinary effects. To me, kenjuts is an extension of taijutsu. It user uses their blade as one part of their body, simply using it as a extension to reach further as well as increased their overall strength.
And that brings an end to the roleplay z,z I hate roleplay training. Ok as of now we will be doing a deep discussion style of training where you will perform the jutsus but do them correct. Since Kenjutsu and Taijutsu all require a lot of detail, I will be doing a different type of training, rather a grading system. If you do well, ill grade it out of D-S Rank. The lowest you can get is a C, or else you have to repeat the jutsu.

Kushimaru readies his blade by drawing it from his back using his right hand. He firmly holds onto the group of his long sword, nearly at the center of the handle. He then begins to dash towards the magically created clone or training dummy before him. As he gets within range, Kushimaru swings his blade his fight to left, delivering a horizontal slash across the dummy's chest area. In one quick motion, Kushimaru brings back his blade, however at an angle towards the floor, delivering a diagonal slash coming down from left to right. The slash would start from the dummy's right shoulder, coming across his mid section and ending at the opposite waist area. At an attempt to finish his combination, Kushimaru delivers the final slash, forcefully pushing his blade upwards in a vertical manner, attempting to slice directly through the center of the dummy, ending directly beneath the target's chin area, causing the head to be flipped backwards due to the upwards slash.
As the dummy's head is flipped upwards, Kushimaru takes advantage of that and steps forward with a speedy assault. As he gets closer to his target, Kushimaru lands on his right foot as he thursts his flexed left fist forward, aiming to strike directly in the gut of the target. In quick succession, Kushimaru delivers two more left punches, ending it with an uppercut to the chin, causing the dummy to look upwards once more. As that happens, Kushimaru delivers an "X" slash, starting from right to left, going from the bottom and ending at the top of his previously injured right shoulder. Kushimaru would quickly adjust his sword and deliver the quick fast slash however from the opposite end.

This man was apparently from the Hidden Mist Village, a village known for their blood thirsty group of Swordsman, and that he needed to do this specific training in order to join said group. Minato had no problem in helping him, maybe they would meet on the battlefield one day. Who knows, fate was a strange thing. Nonetheless, with his usual Hokage outfit on, a few FTG kunai strapped to his leg and a sword on his right hip, Minato was ready to begin.
"Hello there, my name is Minato Namikaze and I will be the one to finish off your Kenjutsu training. It seems you just started, and because you did so well in the performance of that techniques, you will receive them. Oh and by the way, what is your name?"
Minato then tosses two scrolls towards his student, who was wearing a mask. Minato couldn't make out if he was happy or not. He was an odd guy though, his sword also didn't seem like the usual sword that Minato's previous students carried around. (The scroll thing is to just explain why I post the techniques)
"Alright, now my training method is a bit different. I will explain the technique to you, then I want you to perform the technique on a recurring clone of mine, give me at least two advantages and disadvantages of the technique and how you would use it in battle. if you have questions, you can always just ask.
Now the first technique is extremely simple. You will start off by using your sword, or short blade as described in the technique. You will dash towards the opponent, and by using your momentum and body, you will spin around whilst outstretching your sword towards your opponent. This allows you to cut the opponent as you spin, and can be useful against a group of enemies or clones. Easy and a nice technique overall. Use it on four of my clones!"

I hope you don't mind but I will be replying to the techniques without actually checking them in the jutsu list, so if something is wrong I really apologize. I just want to see if I can fully understand the scope of the techniques without actually going and looking for them.

Kushimaru.
Kushimaru replied in a very cold and direct manner towards his teacher, although holding a respecting tone. He carefully listened to his teacher explaining everything to him. He then followed by grabbing a hold of his bundle of wire with his left hand and his drawing his nuibari blade from his back with his left hand. He tossed his blade into the air and grabbed the wire. In a fluid motion he began to spin the blade clockwise above his head, warming up his body for the training session. Kushimaru smirked underneath his ANBU mask as a large cloud of smoke bathed his teacher's area. There stood four replicas of himself. Without much pause after creation, the clones rushed towards Kushimaru's location. In response, Kushimaru ran himself and headed directly towards the nearest frontal clone. While doing so, he maintained his blade spinning overhead. He soon noticed that he was being surrounded and the clones were quickly reaching his close range. At an attempt to stop them before they got too close due to severity of the situation with so many bodies, Kushimaru takes advantage of his forward momentum and spins. He does so by pivoting on his left foot and spins his body around in a clockwise manner, the same way that his blade was already spinning. While performing the rotation, his right foot would be dragging against the surface of the ground, creating a small and barely noticeable cloud of earthen debris. As he enters the rotation, Kushimaru lowers his left hand near his mid section, allowing him to maneuver his spinning blade to match the same height, roughly around his chest area. As he performed the spin, he took advantage of his wire, which he was holding roughly 2 ft away from his blade's hilt. With that in mind, he effortlessly slashed through all the approaching clones before they even got near him, taking advantage both of his longswords' reach as well as the additional 2ft from the wire he was holding. After all the clones had been slashed, Kushimaru pulled on his wire and withdraw his sword, holding it by the handle once again as he strapped it onto his back and began to walk towards his teacher Minato.
One of the advantages of this technique is that it keeps the user moving, he is not stationary awaiting for something or someone to come. By using the running's momentum the overall strength of the slash would increase as well as the speed of it. As you're fully aware, this is a great technique that can be used to deal with several targets within range, taking full advantage of the spinning motion. One of the things that have to be taken into consideration is the rotation and the blind windows that come with it. Depending on how experienced the target is as well as his speed and reflexes are, he will most definitely take advantage of the spin and attack as my back is turned, although the chances are very slim in most cases. As I've already shown you, one can greatly benefit from this technique depending on the sword that they are wielding. I was not only able to attack several targets at once but I was also able to strike them before they got closer than originally planned, giving me ample time to see their defensive measures against me.

Kushimaru was quite cold in answering Minato, as expected from a Kirigakure villager. They were quite dangerous people, combined with being quite arrogant too. Or at least the Minato has met, this one, Kushimaru, seemed to be just focused. Nonetheless, his performance and analyses of the technique was on point, and as such, Minato threw the scroll towards him.
"Interesting sword you got there. Well done, there you go."
"The next technique requires you to be in mid air, or get to that point where you are above the opponent, in any way. This could be you jumping from a higher platform, or simply using Earth Release technique to shoot yourself up and come from above. Once you are above the opponent, with your sword in your dominant hand, you will point your sword downwards and drill it into the opponents body as you descend. The technique allows for some freedom as you specify where you drill the sword into, be it the opponent's head, or shoulder joint. Wherever you can from above, that delivers the most damage. Use it on my clone."

After being instructed, Kushimaru manipulates the moister in the air as he molds his water chakra. Suddenly, a small wave of water rises beneath his feet and propels him forward. He grips onto his blade strongly as he crouches down and jumps off of the wave and into the air towards the clone. Kushimaru comes crashing down from above as he pulls back on the arm that is holding the blade and then thrusts it strongly in unison with his fall. He aims to drill the blade directly into the target's heart. Due to the raw potential of Kushimaru's blade, it would pierce through the target with ease as he landed back on the ground.
*Hmph* As you've stated, this technique is quite versatile in terms of where one could strike with it. The fact that a set up is needed in order to perform it could prove to be quite difficult to fully complete. This is a great technique to use when the moment is right. This means that, I don't set up the situation in order to use it, on the contrary. I wait for the situation in oder to execute it.

"Well done, I enjoyed the usage of water with the technique. Here you go."
"Alright, now for the next technique. The technique starts off by dashing towards the opponent, with the sword in hand. You will then use the handle of the sword to strike the opponent, and then stagger the opponent with that, After doing that, several kicks will delivered, the last of which sends the opponent into the air. Once the opponent travels through the air, you will dash off to where the opponent has landed, and smash the opponent into a wall or obstacle. An easy technique but it requires several "steps" to complete. Use it on my clone."

"After that, I want you to take out your blade and dash towards the opponent. You will then dash towards the opponent, as you channel your chakra into said blade, and when you get to the opponent, you will deliver an upwards slash. Kushimaru grasps onto firmly onto his blade with his right hand and starts dashing forward towards the created clone. As Kushimaru nears the close range of the clone, he swings his blade inwards and behind him, allowing him to deal a blunt attack with the handle of his blade, aimed at the ab area of the clone in a low stance. Kushimaru stands straight as he extends his right leg, delivering a kick with the sole of his foot aimed at the stomach of the clone. He quickly retracts the quick and delivers another one in the chest area. Lastly, he delivers yet another one beneath the chin area, sending the clone into the air and backwards. Kushimaru leaps forward at the location in which the clone will land and punches him with his left fist in the face, causing him to slam against a tree.
As you states, it requires a lot of steps before completion. The usage of the sword's handle looks neat, the rest is very normal and more focused on taijutsu than kenjutsu.
Kushimaru runs towards the newly made clone and as he enters close range, he swings his blade upwards whilst channeling chakra. The slash would cut the clone's face as Kushimaru then pushes off the ground and into the air above the clone to then drill his blade into his left shoulder and into the ground, pinning him there.
A step up technique, however requiring much less steps. I like the vertical to jumping strike, its a nice combo if done in succession and with good momentum. Also the blade is coated in chakra so it makes it stronger than any ordinary weapon.
Kushimaru channels and condenses chakra around his blade as he swings it out in front of him horizontally with his right hand. (<----) As the blade is being swung, Kushimaru releases the built up chakra and shape manipulates it into a thin blade of chakra that travels forward to cut a tree in half.
One of the neatest techniques I've learned so far. It allows for very versatile usage because it does not restrict you into following a specific code of events. It simply means you can release a wave of chakra by swinging your blade, and so it can be applied in many situations. The wave of chakra can travel further than short range which is also a great plus.

This causes the sword to radiate and chirp, it becomes sharp enough to cut through steel. If it pierces a person, they will become numb in the area penetrated, and will lose freedom of movement with that specific limb. If you haven't learned Chidori, simply skip it, and use it when you have learned it."

Noticing the clone running towards him, Kushimaru firmly holds his blade with his right hand as he also begins to run forward. Before entering slashing distance, he pushes off the ground with his feet and launches himself into the air. However, right before launching himself, he would twist his body in a way that would allow him to spin counter-clockwise as he channeled chakra throughout his blade, causing it to blow blue. He would rapidly spin whilst holding out his blade paralleled with the ground, creating a cutting-edge dome, completely slicing n dicing the clone.
A technique that utilizes raw chakra in order to strengthen the blade before delivering a rotating attack. The rotation would increase both the force and speed behind the slashes, allowing the user to dig deeper into their tissue. This spinning would also open the window for continuous attacks as they try to defend. I would assume that the coating of chakra would allow it to play against certain level of ninjutsu techniques, within reason.
Suddenly, one of the previously created clones catches Kushimaru by surprise and paralyzes him with a current of lightning. Instinctively, he holds even tighter to his blade as his body starts to go numb. However, he starts to utilize his chakra in order to guide the current of lightning towards his blade as he makes the physical gesture to pierce the tip of the blade into the ground, using it as a rod to release the lightning through. This would allow Kushimaru to be relieved of his paralysis.
A very outstanding technique that utilizes the user's blade in order to release non-focused lightning energy from the body and into the ground. And with those two points, it means three things need to be met. First, the user needs to be holding a sword, not sure if he would be able to draw it out, I think not as they are paralyzed. Two, they would need to be standing on the ground or a very large earthen structure. And three they must be struck with free flowing chakra so nothing like chidori senbons which is concentrated and manipulated into needles of lightning.

Kushimaru's last showcase of his Kenjutsu prowess shows why he could so easily complete the field. Without any doubt in his mind, Minato reached into his bag for the last three scrolls that contained the last three techniques that Kushimaru had just learned. With a quick flick, he threw them towards Kushimaru. Minato then takes his FTG kunai into his right hand, and looks towards Kushimaru.
"See you around, Kushimaru. You were an interesting student, I'll remember you, because of that unique sword. Go out and enjoy your new Kenjutsu prowess."
Minato then disappears as he FTG's to another location...in a flash!
