A lot of people say toneri splitting the moon in half makes him very op yet he was owned by kc naruto.
Well for starters the moon of NV isnt as big as the real moon is suppose to be, here is why:
First the real moon is 1/3 of the sized of the earth, so if the NV moon came out of the earth that means the moon took 1/4 of the mass of NV earth which is impossible because if the moon took 1/4 of the mass of the earth, the earth would have colapse not to mention it would no longer be round.
Second we already saw naruto and sasuke performing chubaku tensei on kaguya exactly as hagoromo and hamura did the first time and even if the moon created in that dimension was huge and massive it wasnt anywhere near as big as the sized of the real moon, because if a moon of that sized were created naruto, sasuke , kakashi and sakura wouldnt have been able to escape and would have been attracted and swallowed by the moon, they would have to be able to run a distance of almost half a planet in a few seconds to outrun the chubaku tensei but we see them escape easily the place which means the technique was huge but not as massive as the real moon.
So in other words the NV moon is a little bigger than the meteorites madara threw but nowhere near a 1/3 of the sized of the earth, and as we remember a single slash of madara´s ps was able to destroy those meteorites without any apparent difficulty so in other words, toneri´s power is more or less of the level of madara´s ps susanoo.
