[Discussion] Post Dressrosa Arc Bounties?

Ussop won't be considered as a supernova(or super-rookie) even if he had 1 billion berry bounty because the term supernovas is only for people who reach the hundred millions berry(or more) during their first year as a pirate. Basically rookies(the one during his first year of piracy) who have more than 100millions bounty. Usopp is already a pirate since 3years, so he isn't going to be one

But this thing is that, in the eyes of the WG, Sogeking and Ussop aren't the same. Ussop wouldn't be recognized by the Marines or bounty hunters if they saw him on his own since Sogeking has a bounty instead of Ussop. So as far as the WG is aware, Ussop could be a new recruit. It is very likely that his bounty will exceed 100 million because of his actions in Dressrosa, and if the WG doesn't realize that Ussop and Sogeking are the same, they might make Ussop a Supernova.

You were pretty realistic with the bounties, I disagree on few things though. First, Luffy's bounty will exceed Ace's, by far. Second, Usopp's bounty could be rediculously high, 400-500m.

You do realize that once your bounty reaches 300,000,000 it's very difficult to increase it again. Let alone by another 200,000,000. I doubt anyone below the Admiral tier has a bounty surpassing the 600,000,000 mark.

Usopp isn't likely to exceed 100,000,000 either. Just because they're in the New World doesn't mean that everyone is automatically higher up on the watchlist than a Supernova with extremely high potential. A lot of bounties are based on potential as well as actions. And Usopp doesn't have a potential to the extent that the World Government feels threatened.

Luffy's crew started a war that includes the DD Pirates (who are basically a mini Yonko crew), the Underworld (Joker is a very important figure in the underworld and his defeat will definitely cause some problems there), the Happou Navy, Orlumbus's Fleet, the Providence Kingdom, the SH Pirates of course, the Heart Pirates, the citizens of Dressrosa, the RA, and the Marines. Heck, one might be able to argue that this exceeds all of the SH's previous actions against the WG combined. Luffy and Ussop will likely receive most of the blame for this, which is why their bounties should increase by a lot.

His deeds at the Marineford War and Impel Down along with the release of information that he is the legacy of both Monkey D. Garp and Monkey D. Dragon only earnt him another 100,000,000

Therefore whatever happens in Dressrosa isn't going to increase far beyond the 100,000,000 mark anyways. I'm stretching it by saying his bounty will reach 556,000,000. The Donquixote Pirates are not a Mini-Yonkou crew. They're a Shichibukais crew. I imagine Doflamingo's evil doings will be learnt by Fujitora, which in hand could even influence a reduction to their bounties after the arc (if they get new bounties). The Marines don't even know about "Joker" so that wouldn't even be considered.

If anything what will increase their bounties most is the immense number of powerful allies they have gained throughout the duration of this arc and their alliance with Law. If the World Government learns that they plot to destroy Kaidou and therefore destroy the power balance then they will have a large boost to their bounties.

Most of the bounties aren't increased by much (other than the M3) in my predictions xD

I wasn't talking about your prediction. Just stating my opinion in general.

I don't think strength plays a big role. If that's true then Zoro and Sanji should have much higher bounties than their current bounties. I am not saying that his bounty will be above M3. My point is that increase in bounty might be above other crew members thanks to his current following.(Luffy might be an exception)

Imo Luffy's only increased by 100 million because the WG realized that he did some pretty bad stuff against them, but his current strength was lower than it usually is for people in the 400 millions so they only increased it by that much, though of course the fact that bounties are harder to increase after 300 million had a part in this.

@bold. I said that because:
1. DD Pirates have 15 Executives (like WB's 15 commanders).
2. 4 out of 15 of the Executives/Division Commanders are above the rest (DD Pirates- Vergo, Pica, Trebol, and Diamante. WB Pirates- Marco, Jozu, Vista, and Ace).
3. They have their own territory (Dressrosa).
4. They have a lot of members. I think that the DD Pirates have 2000 members, which is around the amount WB had.
So the DD Pirates are pretty much a dumbed down Yonko crew. They have the structure of a Yonko crew and a fair amount of territory, but their strength is poor when compared to a Yonko crew. The DD Pirates are most likely the 5th strongest current pirate crew.

@underline. Fujitora had to use Sabo as an excuse for why he didn't help Doflamingo, and this was after Doflamingo used Birdcage and started forcing the citizens to fight and kill each other. So a bounty reduction isn't going to happen. not to mention that when Crocodile was planning to locate Pluton and bring down the WG, but was stopped by Luffy, the WG still gave Luffy a bounty increase.
