I've got a theory about Dragon eating the Uranus (strongest Devil Fruit) and Momo's fruit being a "failed" replica, making him an "ancient" weapon... reason enough to give a child a 200 mil bounty

It was just something Nami called him. It doesn't necessarily mean he's a trump card, though, as there could be thousands of reasons as to why Doflamingo wanted to catch him.

Yeah, like I said, he was merely something Doffy wants back. Why he wants him back isn't known, but to call him a trump card right now or to say it warrants him a 200,000,000 beli bounty is a bit farfetched.

If my theory is right then it seems reasonable.

Otherwise he wouldn't even deserve 30million

Bounties don't only increase because of your actions. You must also be doing this when the marines will be aware. It's for that reason that Zoro even after destroying the 100 bounty hunters in whiskey peak still received no bounty. He received however when a marine(Smoker) at hand reported his victory over the assassin Daz Bones.

Considering as far as we know, no marines is near the location where Big Mom pirates are clashing with the Sunny-go team(assuming they are actually clashing), i don't expect any bounty increase coming from them, except if maybe the invisible Absalom will somehow observe and report to the marines. Hell i'm not even certain if even the entire team actually located in dressrosa will receive an increase in bounty because i think Dressrosa is the mirror arc of the Alabasta saga, where only Luffy and Zoro received a bounty increase. At best, maybe Franky will receive one too judging by his actions with the marines

Pretty sure being involved in a plot to destroy a former Tenryuubito (if his authority is maintained then he is probably still considered one), and the current King of Dressrosa. With Bastille and Isshou there along with many other Marines it definitely won't go unnoticed.

Absa may have a role in this, although I think it's more likely he will be involved in the other alliance instead of the Strawhat-Heart Alliance

Luffy's bounty should be no less than 600,000,000. I think you are underestimating the scale and impact of the Dressrosa War, and Ussop, one of Luffy's subordinates, is what triggered the war. Sure Law's plan and Kyros' plan is what made Ussop do it, but he was ultimately what started the war. Without him both plans would have failed. Because of this, Luffy will get an increase for beating Doflamingo and having his crew start a fairly big war, and Ussop's will skyrocket for being the cause of the war as well. This brings up a question of mine, since this would be the first time the WG recognizes Ussop, would that make him a Supernova since his is likely to exceed 100,000,000?

Ussop won't be considered as a supernova(or super-rookie) even if he had 1 billion berry bounty because the term supernovas is only for people who reach the hundred millions berry(or more) during their first year as a pirate. Basically rookies(the one during his first year of piracy) who have more than 100millions bounty. Usopp is already a pirate since 3years, so he isn't going to be one

You do realize that once your bounty reaches 300,000,000 it's very difficult to increase it again. Let alone by another 200,000,000. I doubt anyone below the Admiral tier has a bounty surpassing the 600,000,000 mark.

Usopp isn't likely to exceed 100,000,000 either. Just because they're in the New World doesn't mean that everyone is automatically higher up on the watchlist than a Supernova with extremely high potential. A lot of bounties are based on potential as well as actions. And Usopp doesn't have a potential to the extent that the World Government feels threatened.
