This gotta be a joke.... Seriously. They got to be really torturing me for me to reveal all my information, but come on really. I be enjoying all the music.
Well they are humans like us. Plus a lot of people like those artist too. Maybe they like to enjoy their favorite songs on the job, I know I would, plus that stuff can be stressful, especially when it conflicts with your morals.
Crimes against humanity? That's funny.
If there is some shithead terrorist sitting in front of me with information on a next attack or where the organizations leaders are and he is withholding said information, I'm going to do anything and everything I can to get that information out of the terrorist. Terrorists shouldn't be considered human beings so therefore, rules don't apply.
Blasting music in a dark room where the captive is held is quite the mind fuck, especially when it's like russian rave music or russian heavy metal.

Some time ago, countries were dictatorships. In our history, numerous atrocities have been committed, thanks to people who take the absolute law in their hands.
With the collective efforts of others, in many countries democracies have been created. When this step was made, depends on the country.
The concept of human right is very important to this kind of system, and this is what makes it different from dictatorships. Dictatorships had laws too, but not human rights.
To prevent systems like Nazism, Fascism, etc. to emerge in the future, there were efforts to educate people on the gravity of the atrocities of such systems. Like mass murdering, enhanced torture, no rights to privacy, etc.
C.I.A.'s methods flourished under Nazism, and were made illegal due to their lack of humanity, which is like a core of the human right.
Take the human right, and you have dictatorship.
People do desperate things in the name of security. Here is an interesting piece of history, on how the ideology you have now really got into you.

Also, about the C.I.A. torture...
After WWII, some Japanese soldiers were charged with war crimes. What crimes? Enhanced interrogation on American soldiers!
What was to end of all of this? All the Japanese were executed...
But why...?
There is this international treaty to ban such torture techniques, and if a tortured person dies, the ones who tortured and allowed the torture receive the death punishment.
U.S. did the same thing... Why should it be justified? Weren't the Japanese wanting security and information too?
Now, I am not the person to really want the torturers dead, but their crimes to be forgiven is something very one-sided, and this is why I brought the examples with the Japanese soldiers whom U.S. executed for breaking the same treaty.

It is amusing how people in my country are complaining about CIA when police use torture most of the time it is when they are working in favour of some guy with money or influence. sheeps.
I did more than that, as I explained you how in the name of security people are ready to turn to dictatorship and committ the same atrocities without realizing it.
That post was about history, merely it being posted on a site that may have untrustworthy content does not take from its worth.

All of those songs are highly repetitive. If you were forced to listen to those songs on repeat for any extended period of time while under a high amount of stress, you'd probably lose your mind.
