How did Sakura land a hit on Kaguya?

Sakura landing a hit is like a normal human catching a speeding bullet, it just can't be done.

Kaguya was flying upwards in desperation/panic to escape Naruto and Sasuke and Sakura was falling downwards right towards her. It was literally the perfect and easiet chance to punch Kaguya. I guess kaguya was not expecting Sakura to have super strength(and before she ignored Sakura despite Sakura being in close presence).

Sakura just placed herself (her body) in postion or place that would guarantee her a hit on a goddess, it's a combination of intellect and observation. Sakura was just quick on feet dude, anyone who displayed strong analytical abilities in the manga could've done it (examples being: Shikamaru, Temari ext..). They wouldn't of broken her horn off though.

Kaguya is more of a tank type then dodge type . She tanked many powerful attacks before thats why she didn't care if sakura was attacking her .

However she didn't know that punch was strong enough to send her flying to naruto and sasuke hands .

could simply have been a case of Kaguya's arrogance and tendency to look down on those she doesn't see as a threat backfiring.

At one point Kishi used Kakashi to point these traits to the readers...saying something along the lines of Kaguya not caring about anyone outside Naruto/Sasuke at all.

This trait was again shown in the gravity dimension. When she fixated the gravity to only affect Naruto and Sasuke...which allowed Obito and Kakashi freedom to successfully save them.

Kakashi (note...the one who first brought up the fact that Kaguya only had eyes for Naruto/Sasuke) was the one to plan her sealing...her indifference to those she doesn't deem a threat could've been something he was betting on.

So she may have seen Sakura and proceeded to ignore her as Usual...not deeming her a threat...which is why Sakura had those lines while hitting.

It was purely the plot. Sakura's punches were useless against Spiral Zetsu and was compared to child Tsunade. Not to mention her punches are ninjutsu since its just chakra coming from her fist, which Kaguya should be immuned it.

Also they didn't corn Kaguya. How about going back, forward, down, or blow them alway with her chakra arms like she did three times before?
