I fail to see how Kaguya lost to Team 7

I just don't understand how Kaguya lost to exhausted teenagers :|

She once fought against Hagoromo and Hamura both are 50% of her power so this battle was placed on equal ground.

But Naruto and Sasuke are each 25% of Hagoromo so
Kaguya got overwhelmed by 50% of her original power :/

And 2 Panels before her defeat BZ said her speed, reaction and strength is at max. yet she couldn't react to Kakashi NOR Sakura.
