Sharingan does, yes.

But Sharingan is simply haxxed.

We've never seen sound genjutsu or regular genjutsu cancelling regular genjutsu.

And if Kabuto uses sound genjutsu to cure Manda then he'll be caught in it as well, as I doubt he can liquify and cast jutsus at the same time.

As Others have said around 'Prime' Nagato, Ems Mads and Base Hashirama.

Scenario 1: Ill say Prime Nagato/Mads

Scenario 2: Im Not sure. Do you mean war arc BM Minato or do you mean BM Minato with all the above you have stated.
If its the former ill still say Nagato/Madara. If the latter ill say SM Hashirama.

Reason i excluded Base Hashirama from Scenario 1 is that he is still stronger than Nagato/Mads.
However the main reason is because peple still believe SS is a senjutsu technique. However it appears to be a mokuton technique which is simply boosted by senjutsu. If Spiral Yamato can produce it, it makes no sense to say Base Hashirama cannot.

Spiral Yamato's was much smaller than SM Hashirama's however it will easily still bijuu size.
If Base Hashirama was to produce it and i believe he can, it will be somewhere between SM Hashirama and Spiral Yamato's version in size and power and that is why im not sure that Scenario 1 Minato can handle that along with everything else that Base hashirama can do.

Some have also tried to claim the spiral Yamato version elemental feat is unique to him, however that doesn't appear to be the case as hashirama has all the elements in the DB, but also the different heads that produced each of the elements appears also on Hashirama's version
