Kaiten can block and deflect chakra, we saw this when Neji used an incomplete rotation to blow away chakra as powerful as the Kyuubi's chakra, something like Chidori will be a piece of cake.

Pre CE Neji was so powerful that Kakashi stated that Sasuke hadn't a chance againts him, and Tenten during the CE hyped him to being capable of besting any Konoha genin (Prior to his defeat by Naruto's hands and counting she didn't see Lee's performance againts Gaara). Honestly CE Sasuke would be a way better matchup rather than a Kakashi that just obtained his Sharingan and has yet to fully adjust it with his Raikiri, and discarding hype Kakashi's feats are rather unimpressive.

SRA Neji wins this by a landslide.
