IF Obito has intangibility yet can't warp, I'm pretty sure this fight may be at a stand still. I mean, Obito has to be tangible in order to hit someone, right ? Does Obito have any long range techniques aside from Fire ball jutsu ?

Hinata doesn't get a power-up in the film.

All she does is share and combine her chakra with Naruto to make a collaboration move and help Naruto defeat Toneri.

Human Path if she gets touched she gets her soul sucked out, Mokuton, Shuriken, Chakra Rods that can immobilize Tailed Beasts, Chakra Chains and as you mentioned Katon on Madara's level.

Well, she received Hamura's chakra, which in turn gave a huge increase to her power and speed/reflexes. Think of it as getting a permanent Kyuubi cloak boost or something like that .

There's no reason to assume she lost the power, as she was shown flying in the very last seconds of the film. Not to mention the power she received and the fashion in which she received it is very similar to the way Sasuke and Naruto received their power ups from Hagoromo, and they've yet to lose their powers, so There's no reason o assume it would happen with Hinata .

Nope, it was simply because her power wasn't strong enough to destroy her target. And what exactly was her target ? A machine that was sending the moon down to earth. So, no, Hamura's chakra has in fact improved both Hinata's power and speed, and given her the ability to fly. It's only that it required more power than just Hinata's own to destroy that weapon. SO yeah, current Hinata is more powerful and faster than Kyuubi-cloaked Hinata thanks to her Rikudo chakra. She'd win this fight given the restrictions.
