Yup, it will basically remove all the requirements your pc needs to run, but if you have windows vista or windows 7 it will re-appear on boot, im pretty sure.

Always thought Jiraiya's fanbase was (and still is) quite funny, just like his character, despite how small it is in respect to other popular and large fanbases.

Madara fans are up there too, disregarding those who spout nonsense like "Madara>Kaguya" but that can be quite hilarious too due its ridiculousness.

Well its only important for older systems like windows xp as on vista and windows 7 if you reboot your computer it has a backup of system 32 which will automatically be transferred onto the computer to replace the deleted one, and it gives a warning that "important documents will be removed from your computer and you might not be able to run it" so if any of the people you advised to do that knows at least some English, then they probably won't follow through with deleting it. Lol
