] So in Aizen's eyes, Starrk is above Barragan. That's already enough good reason to believe that Starrk is stronger.
2. Just for the fact that Starrks' ability is better than Barragan's tell you that Respira is not that good as people think and probably it has some weakness, especially when we consider it against Starrk or Yammy (both were ranked higher).
3. We don't know could Starrk's Wolves age. Starrk is hollow, we never saw hollow aging and his Wolves are part of his soul.
