But negato had the rinnegan which was ancillary to perform all 5 elements. I will type it again. You're asking if i've read the mang, yet you deny jiraiya's words about nagato. He specifically said nagato mastered everything he gave him, including the elements. People are born with their elements. Hiruzen had the five elements from the very beginning. So did Rinnegan give Nagato the five element affinity. It's about the time they mastered their elements, which Nagato did way quicker. Nagato doesn't use elemental jutsus because rinnegan paths are stronger. Rest of your post is irrelevant. Now go ahead and deny what jiraiya said. I'm gonna leave this scan here for you.

Now rinnegan gave him the ability, but Nagato didn't automatically know to use the elements, he had to train for them.
