As the title says. Madara couldn't use it or didn't want to? Because JJ Madara used Kamui which means he could use MS and EMS techniques. He would've been so OP with that.

Sucks at how Kishi downgraded him. I personally find Non JJ Madara stronger than JJ although by feats, the later stomps. Non JJ Maddy simply solo'd everyone.
