If you don't have your brain then you'll lose your senses means that he's pretty much immune to Magellan's powers. Even if he's not completely immune to his powers.He still has better resistance against his powers than alive Kuma.You need to learn more about Kuma. His entire body was modified by Vegapunk not just his brain.

I have already told you that it doesn't matter if his powers effects more than just human flesh. The thing is that a metal body with no senses is always better suited for fighting Magellan than someone with flesh and bones. I don't get what part of it is so hard to understand. Also, nothing suggests that alive Kuma can fight better than brainless Kuma. Actually, your point implies that Vegapunk did that many modifications to his body just to make him weaker which makes no sense at all.
