Rinnegan does not make you immune to visual genjutsu.That was a rumor due to the fact that someone claimed that the latest databook said rinnegan was immune to all visual genjutsu. People believed a troll post on NF and spread this rumor. That troll was called out on it and the rinnegan pages say nothing about genjutsu. Only the RinneSharingan page says that one with such eyes is immune to IT, since one can't genjutsu a person who has the same type of eyes. This relates to Obito in no way at all.

Keep in mind that Black Zetsu also said that there's a chance that if Sasuke were skilled enough with his 3-tomoe, he could catch MS Itachi in a genjutsu. This means that the whole "Rinnegan is immune because it's a higher-level eye power" claim is false. A user with a lower eye power can catch one with a higher power in genjutsu. As long as they're skilled enough.

Nor can Obito escape using Kamui. It was proven when he phased through Rin that he doesn't choose what gets phased into the other dimension. As long as his Kamui is active and something physically touches him than he's safe. KA isn't physical, and it may as well be instantaneous, so he can't see it coming and he can't defend against it.

Already explained this. He turns off the mode, he doesn't make his body parts phase. His body parts only phase when an object touches him, which is why he phased through Rin the first time around, but when he turned off Kamui Mode, he was able to touch her, because the ability of moving his body parts to the other dimension automatically was turned off.

So no, my point is not your point nor have you proved anything wrong.
