Naurto never said he needs chakra to be on Sasuke level. Remember, Naruto didn't want to kill Sasuke. It's harder to defeat a person without killing them.

That's not correct. You have left out of ton of power. Did you forget what happen at the VOTE the first time. Saskue Sharingan evolves so he could automatically follow of of Naruto's movement.

You needs unlimited chakra when your eyes gives you the ablitiy to absorb an unlimited amount of chakra without the user having to learn to use that power.

In fact it's a waste of time when your eyes can automatically analysis your surround and give you that info directly into your head, when it gives you jutsu and allows you to perform that jutsu without having any previous knowledge or understanding that jutsu.
