Obito was an awful character .

I should get back to making my Obito crictism blog and post it here.

Obito is a better written Uchiha than someone. The only problem was his slight obsession with Rin. But still, he's a nice character with good powers.

His problem was that he was meant to be a sympathetic villain when he actually wasn't. Causing tons of needless deaths, attacking the village filled of Rin's friends and family just to spite Mintao, and all without showing remorse as he did it.

I swear its like people just skim the chapters looking for Madara scans. These pages are by far my favorite in the series. Deeper words and symbolic art pages are what makes this an amazing series.

he was sympathetic bc he was brainwashed, used and traumatized. it was sad bc its tragic what he did and he regretted it. i dont think obito thought highly of himself in the end..

Wasn't brainwashed. Rin died and he turned to the dark side.

If the chakra of the tailed beast was all that was needed to revive the Juubi, why kill the jins? Why not revive the Juubi the moment Gin and Kin were summoned to avoid tons of bloodshed? He was just killing people just to be killing people. He wasn't tragic at all.
