But isn't it obvious? Naruto represents Ashura who didn't have as much talent as Indra and could never do anything on his own. Naruto needs people to be strong. That is what he is supposed to represent.

Other characters like Itachi, Madara and Sasuke are just meant to solo. That is their purpose in the story.

Well of course naruto would always need help to defeat strong foes it's kishis whole idea of naruto gaining strength through his allies literally all naruto's power ups come from his allies rasenshuriken with kakashi's help sage mode with the little toad guys help defeating kurama with his mamas and killer bees help tobi would have stolen kurama if not for kakashi and guy showing up escaping death with obito and sages help and avoiding being captured by pain without hinatas intervention and kurama taking control. while most of sasuke's power ups and big wins are his own and he never needs help to fight foes cuz of kishis whole idea of him being a talent but always being alone. So yeah naruto needs help to defeat big foes and then gets mad stronger with that while sasuke just solos his opponents.
