If your house is suddenly alit and you know that your family members and/or friends are guaranteed safety and that you only have about thirty seconds to spare before the entire house is engulfed in flames, what will you save or take with you?

Personally, I'd grab my wallet & laptop (both contains a hell lot of important shit) and make a straight dash for the exit. My phone is always near me so I guess I don't have to worry about that.
