Decent chapter, I reckon that this chapter will be very important in the future. Sai had been completely downplayed up until now, a rather uncalled for powerup but Oh Well... I like it! Sai would be a great ally in future! I reckon he's now jumped up to Sanji's Level (or thereabouts)

I thought Baby 5 would be Strawhat Material (up until the end where we find out Sai and Baby 5 will get Married) because of the sorrowful flashbacks, ticking that off the list. However, I find it amusing to see Oda bring back a running gag (Baby 5's boyfriends), however, is this foreshadowing Sai's death? Doffy had six of Baby's boyfriends killed... Maybe Sai will fight Trebol and die at the scene?

I reckon that IF Sai does die then Baby 5 would fit in with the Heart Pirates or the Strawhats. She grew up as a childhood friend of Laws, afterall

5/5 Chapter, the progression we've got was nice. We're done with the baby 5 & lao G fights. Baby 5's mini-flashback was pretty sad, I never expected hers to be that sad. Sai kicking ass, specifically Lao G & breaking Chinjao's drill was awesome. I'm glad Oda is giving the colosseum members more action now. Nice progression with a mix of action and comedy.

Holy sh*t, mangapanda or whatever translation mangareader/base uses is complete garbage. How is Chinjao worth 5 billion?!?!? How can you f*ck up translations on numbers as well? The quality is terrible too. Lol.... Anyways, I love this so much:

Same thing I was thinking this chapter!! as soon as I saw Sai breaking Don chinjao drill with his leg work I got excited XD My boi Sanji has got competition!!! This chapter was a foreshadowing for me IDC Sanji and Sai has to face off at one point in the future 5/5 chapter that Sanji hypeeee doeeeeeee <3. And I actually felt sorry for baby 5 her backstory was kind of sad ........Sai+Baby 5 I thought Oda wasn't going to implement any romantic relationships in one piece :/ but I felt this chapter was good even though we didn't the see luffy vs bellamy conclusion... always a good read from Oda anyways.

Sai and Sanji are probably neck and neck in terms of strength. Sanji should definitely have the strongest kicks ever, come the end of the series.

Baby 5 flaschback was decent.

But except for that, mostly of panel time was boring and I didn't like comedy in today's chapter.

So can you show me the proof that I didn't see significance of this chapter. I just find it being boring.

- I never really cared about any other than Chinjao and even for Chinjao himself, so I found it boring. If I remember correctly, good guys were pushed last chapter and instead of combining their strength they are fighting each other, there are others ways to show surpassing than direct fight between two.
- Didn't I said that I liked Baby 5's backstory? Or maybe you are blind?
- They are defeated? Ok, so what? That still don't meke for boring action and boring comedy.

Really, people should pay attention and realise that other opinions can be different than theirs, especially when we are talking subjective and because of that you are the only one who is narrow-minded.

3. On top of my head, Sai defeating Lao, while Chinjao can't do same.

4. Yes, action is pretty big factor in shounen manga when it comes to will it be boring/lame or not.

6. I always criticize chapters I don't like. That's same in any manga I read, Naruto, Bleach, FT, OP. If I don't like chapter I criticeze it. I will be honest, mostly member are just biased toward OP, the only guy I ever saw giving critice is Riker Slade (I think it was him) and maybe some other, can't really remember at the moment. Also what I notice is that many OP fans like to go in FT section and flame series, but when someone do that here...... (not point at you, just talking overall).

7. Every defeat show us story progressing, but that don't make it good every time. If you think I flame OP, I can listen many other examples when I didn't like that story progressing you are talking about.

No one's gonna mention the color page, with the top ten most popular characters? There's a basket of apples in Ace's lap, which is probably inspired by a certain fairy tale. If so, they're most likely poisonous, which is implied by Chopper's reaction. Ace is basically eating poisonous apples, probably 'cause he's the dead one out of the group. This would be fine and dandy, if, you know, Sabo wasn't holding one as well.
