Irrelevant. Sharingan=Better performance. It doesn't matter if his Taijutsu is standard. If you can predict moves, you WILL do better. Not debatable. Common sense.

Base Naruto fought on par with 3-T Sasuke, Sasuke w/ no Sharingan obviously loses.

And a near blind Sasuke fought on par with Kakashi who was using sharingan and matched a fully healthy Naruto and you still say Sasuke loses. XD it's Sasuke's win or a stalemate.

He never fought on par with Kakashi at Base level. He entered Susanoo almost instantly, and he only matched Naruto's Rasengan, he didn't match Naruto in combat, not to mention Base Naruto from Kage Summit=/=Base Naruto during the War Arc.

I've already given you proof that Base Naruto=3-Tomoe Sasuke, as far as I'm concerned this debate is over. Unless you think 3-Tomoe Sasuke=Sasuke w/o Sharingan, in which case I wouldn't be able to take you seriously.
