Yes or No ?

I just got 1 year of Premium for Christmas. I found out that I also have access to all kinds of Asian dramas. I have a male classmate who loves to watch Korean dramas now I can see what all the fuss is about. There's also manga and anime series of course. There's a Crunchyroll app for our Panasonic TV and XBox 360 so I'm going to try to set it up on one of those tonight.

Yes. Don't listen to these ungrateful freeloaders that think watching anime for free brightens the future of the anime industry. These types of people are the reason why anime series such as Naruto Shippuuden have such sh*tty animations and production quality, because the studios and companies that produce anime's don't get enough money to hire more or better people. It's cheap and it's worth it if you watch anime a lot, and the features you get access to are great: HD quality, no waiting time, etc.

Premium only if you're actually reading any of the mangas they are posting, because they usually get the translations first and trust me it is worth it. I would suggest Hulu tho ( that is if you don't mind the ads).

Don't be a criminal/freeloader and pay for the anime/mangas you read/watch.

Nah.

If you want the best quality for anime, you torrent.
If you want to support the industry, you buy merchandise and DVD's/BD's.

LOOL, and what you think the money crunchyroll gets from their premiums goes to the animators? That's the funniest shit I've heard in a while. HD quality services are on other sites for free. It doesn't make us a free-loader, just a smart consumer. Also, that doesn't mean we don't buy boxsets/DVD's of our fav. animes either.

Yes it does. Crunchyroll buys the official rights to the shows. Some people are ignorant on this.

Yes OP get it. The crunchyroll app on ps3/4/xbox is amazing. They simulcast all shows earlier than any other websites subbed, and the highest quality.

Don't listen to the other idiots, if no one is paying for this stuff, the freeloaders don't get it in the first place.

You couldn't have been any dumber than this. Crunchyroll is in affiliation with many anime companies, one of them being the ones that produce Naruto Shippuuden. The hell you think they're still up in business for? If they didn't own the license to publish episodes on the internet and they didn't share even a minuscule amount profit with the companies, they would have been taken down a loooong time ago because they're making money with the anime series that they publish.

Naturally, profit is shared amongst the companies that work together, it all comes down to common sense.

If you were working in a company, and you worked hard and took months to finish a project that your company wants to achieve, then you don't get paid for it, then how in seven hells would the world work then?

Some people just start babbling without knowing a single thing they're talking about.

Also, you want call yourself a smart consumer? Go ahead. You won't be consuming anything once the companies that produce and publish anime are off-business because of vacuous-headed people like you.
