Some people say that Nardo and Sasky lost powers after sealing Kaguya.. So how the f*ck Naruto was able to still activate RM while fighting Sasuke?? U can see on this panel he is activating it..

The reason why he didnt use is simple. SP obiously didnt wan't to show RM Naruto and his full jutsu arsenal in this mode before the anime. Like:

It would be weird don't u think? And it's not because they don't wanna spoil or something, they just wanna show RM in anime, cuz it was shown in manga first. It's like showing Goku's SSJ or Ichigo's Bankai in movie before they do it in anime.. It wouldn't be that epic while watching it right?

The seal is nothing to do with the powers, its just a seal to seal kaguya :|

Even when Hagoromo got his seals back he was still chakra drained from giving his chakra to Sasuke and Naruto to a point he had to ask for help from the previous kages

Having Rikudo Mode gives you insane healing abilities, TSB, flying ability and chakra arms, read below
