Don't know. Not all dragons can so he may never fly. Just gotta wait and see. If he's a flyer he should learn in the next few weeks then take a little while to strengthen his wings.

*Akira emerges from the shadows in the corner, appearing to be sat on a stool of shadow, one of his legs crossed across the other in the form of a scythe blade as he sharpens it, leaving Tasuke to his silence*
