That doesn't make sense. Sasuke lost the moon crest and he still has the rinnegan. The crests are just part of the sealing tech. Their powers are part of them now.

Plus in the final fight, Naruto was using RM and Sasuke was using the Rinne. WITHOUT either of the crests.

The seals are only used for sealing Kaguya, even when Hagoromo got his seals back, he still didn't have enough chakra to bring back team 7 from the kaguya dimension, he had to summon the previous kages, both Naruto and Sasuke lost Rikudo chakra when releasing IT or when they were exhausted from chakra

What does that have to do with anything? Hagoromo didn't even have a sharingan. We're talking about his chakra, not genetic traits. Sharingan is nothing more than an offshoot of the Rinnegan.

I can say sasuke gained all requirements for rinnegan including NDE, that's why he woke up with rinnegan

There are many indications that hashi gave him ashura chakra you intended to discard

Sasuke awakened it easier since he literally died but was saved by hashi cells U_U

Sasuke used up all his chakra vs Naruto, but when it was replenished over time, he still had the rinnegan. It's permanent. Naruto's bijuu chakra is still there, that's why the sage said he was a 'meeting place' for the bijuus. Rikudou mode is permanent.

Thing is, Kabuto stated that he's healing sasuke by STUDYING hashi cells. He didn't say he gave his cells to him. U could be right but the manga kinda unclear on the issue

The old age thing you said I must say is very philosophical and deep. But I don't think it applies in this sense lol. Madz was in actual old fart before he awakened the rinne. And even after that he didn't die immediately. Old fart prolly lived quite a few more years.
