Well apparently she stopped working as a ninja for some reason, all other people were either training or working , but sakura on the other hand didn't do anything it just shows us her doing normal housewife things........

I mean in hinata stioution it's understandable since she's the hokage wife ......

Taking time off for her daughter is understandable but Sakura has always been about growing stronger and wanting to feel adequate when alongside her teammates so I doubt she took a long break away from training..
