Remember when Hashirama said that Sakura "might" be stronger than Tsunade? Well, according to the databook Hashirama died before Tobirama became Hokage and this is backed up by him not knowing about how he dealed with the Uchiha Clan. Tobirama was Hokage when Hiruzen was still a Jounin.

So Tsunade was showing similar feats to Yin Seal Sakura at a VERY young age and before she developed the Yin Seal herself. No wonder she finished the academy at six!

17 year old Tsunade would destroy 17 year old Sakura. Kishi certainly didn't have Sakura surpass her.

Sakura still hasn't surpassed Tsunade from what we saw of her abilities before the prologue. It's clear her healing still isn't as good as shown with the latter healing Shikamaru instantly whilst the former(Sakura) failed. And her physical strength being compared to a young Tsunade is pretty sad.

Has she probably surpassed Tsunade now that she is an adult? Probably. Have we seen it for confirmation? No.

As far as Sakura has shown she is weaker.
