Why there is blue and yellow/orange rasengans? I heard his Rasengan was always yellow like his chakra, but anime didnt cover it up so in the movie they fixed it, but there's still blue one.

I thought base rasengan was always blue (since chakra is blue) and the yellow and other colors were from the bijuu

Couldnt he only combine bijuus chakra with his jutsus while in RM?

Kyuubi Rasengan and normal Rasengan.

He has full Kurama now, so the colour of the chakra is slightly different because Light and Dark have been combined.

Kishi can't decide on what color it should be. He always goes between blue and orange. The thing that Naruto is blocking with the rasengan is one of Toneri's moves

It was always yellow. Supposedly chakra does differ by color but that small detail was hardly implemented.
