In that form Ichigo takes this. I doubt Susano and Yata mirrior would be able to tank continuous Getsuga Tensho attacks(it's not like Itachi has the stamina to use it that long as well), especially at Dangai Ichigo's level, who is still the strongest character in bleach(so far). Also since Ichigo can fly, he would be out of Itachi's range for Totsuka blade and not to mention his flash step is pretty damn fast and Totsuka hasn't shown any feats of hitting rapid moving targets.

Idk his SP was so high, not even Hogyoku Aizen could feel it. So some of these OP and Haxxed abilities we have seen this arc might not even affect him, because if your SP is much higher than your opponents, it can negate their abilities.

True I feel like kubo dropped that whole SP levels thing cause he hasn't mentioned it since which would mean no character has even gotten close to butterfly aizen form

Yeah I don't think anyone has honestly surpassed those two yet.

Ichebi, Juha, and Yammato are the closest we have seen so far.
