What outsmart? Lee can keep his distance even in base. Kimimaro who has higher speed than Tsunade in databook had trouble touching drunk Lee back in Part 1. Tsunade obviously hasn't become faster than Kimimaro and Lee in 2 years

Byakugou does not increase her physical strength levels. Let me go down to your logic for a minute here though. Lets say Byakugou does increase her physical power (which I assume you believe is true) now what? She causes fissures by hitting the ground with her index finger and can pick up Gamanbuntas sword and thrust it down through Manda and into the earth. Better yet, lets say Tsunade never had feats of breaking Susanoo period. Her feats alone from part 1 allow her to kill Gai and Lee with literally one hit so please sit down.

Byakogou Sousou Saisei

For several years using the highest most precise chakra control, a fixed amount is stored in the Byakugou seal. The chakra is usually put to use to regenerate the body through the Ninjutsu technique "Sousou Saisei", the combination results in the ultimate regeneration Jutsu.

Than it just talks about the rules of medical ninjutsu where broken with the completion of such a marvelous Ninjutsu as this.

The chakra accumulated on the forhead is released. Wounds are completely healed, oneself's power also increases, and for the sake of a faster cell division, the life span is shortened.

Raiton Armor does not increase Ays physical power levels. All of Ays feats of his physical power with Raiton Armor on was his base physical power. Ay breaks their necks with one hit. They aren't superior to shit when Gates are restricted. Ay and Tsunade laughs at all their attacks. What kicks and punches from base Gai and Lee are damaging the person (Tsunade) who tanked CST? What attacks from those two are damaging the person (Ay) who tanks Bees Lariat? None whatsoever. Yes this is a terrible stomp for the Kages. Ay only has speed and reactions restricted to slightly lower levels and Tsunade only has auto healing restricted. If Gai or Lee throws a punch or kick then either can just grab their limbs and break it off, unless of course you believe they can attack and pull back at the same time, (which is impossible) then the fight is over. Their speed is non-factor in this fight because they are facing two juggernauts who can tank all their attacks and defeat them with one blow. So my argument in a nutshell is: Gai and Lee engage in CQC, gets grabbed, Liger Bomb kills one and Tsunade breaks other in half. Plain and simple.

Oh please. What CST? The same ones her Anbu members took as they were with her? I already showed you what Gai was capable of doing with his strength. Lee as well showed as he could rip a tree from underneath as well as destroy Gaara's sand with blunt strength It doesn't have to be 1/2/3/4 Punches but continuous attacks would eventually put them down. I'd say Gai takes on Ay and with his power, He'd eventually put him down. Lee outshines Tsuande in his base and with Drunken fist unrestricted

Gai showed good reaction feats against Obito who gave Naruo and Minato some trouble. Ay isn't killing Jack in a Taijutsu fight. Repeated attacks weaken him and once Lee comes, it's a stomp.
