I watched this back in the Toonami days but can't remember where I left off. I think Luffy and his crew where on some floating islands or something. A scene which I think happened before that was Luffy walking in the desert with Zoro and Chopper. Luffy asks if he can have a gulp of water then proceeds to take a huge amount to the point his his head expands alot. Zoro gets mad at him. I think Nami was getting some character development too?

Anybody know the arcs these scenes happened in.

Ok so here is what I deduced,

Floating Island - Thriller bark / Skypia
Desert - Alabasta arc
Nami's character development - Arlong park.

>_>

the nami's character development seems like to be in skypiea , she got a lot of development there as well.

If you can't even remember then I suggest watching from episode 1 or reading from chapter 1 again. OP has a detailed story, forgetting some parts can lead to confusion later on.

But OP has like 700+ chapters and Lord knows how many episodes...

Than why even bother?

Go read something short than, something that doesn't have lord knows how many manga chapters and episodes, like Fairy Tail

700 manga chapters is like reading a Novel series with illustrations.

If this is not your cup of tea then go and read Usopp's Fables :leaf:

Owiiee, guys, don't be mad at him :) It's a given if he feels 700 chapters are way too long to read in order to catch up quickly. But i do like the comparison. ;)

Still, for OP, take your time, there's no need to rush. The answer is just as other members have stated, and you may start at Skypiea arc if you want, and proceed through each arc, possibly consistently until post war at Marineford.

If you forgot how Arlong arc was all about, do reread it (at least skim it) before you resume your reading on Fishman Island arc. After that, once you've reached to Dressrosa arc (the current arc), you can review back the old chapters where you've forgotten long ago to fill the weekly gaps.

I would really recommend that you start reading from Chapter 1. Sure, it may sound too much but it's worth it, believe me.

I watch at least two old episodes every day because OP is never boring even tho I saw some of them more than two/three time.
