Madara wins, although it isn't comfortable in the least. If he jumps right into Iso Susano'o, I don't see how he'll lose. It'd take multiple TBBS to bust his Susano'o, and Kurama will be defended and letting lose TBBs of its own to counteract the Hachibi's or to kill Sasuke.

The only real option I see for them winning, is if Sasuke is able to use Amaterasu or Enton on Kurama. I don't recall much of what Madara could do to remove it or ease Kurama's pain. Making it less then efficient in doing what Madara wants.

Nope. BSM naruto alone can push EMS madara w/kyuubi to high difficulty at the absolute worst. With Sasuke's help(especially with a chakra cloak) they shit on Madara.

I really don't get what the hype is about Susanoo+Bijuu ttb, but I'll tell you this...

The power hardly changes at all.

During the battle with Hashirama, the ttb sword was noted to destroy a mountain.

A perfect jinchuuriki is well enough capable of doing that on its own.

While Sasuke's PS is on Madara's level, Bee is overpowered by Kurama, even when the latter is controlled by Sharingan Genjutsu.
